What is your typical turnaround time?
Most standard jobs are ready in 3–5 business days after your artwork is approved. Turnaround varies by product, quantity, and finishing options — large-format and custom work may take longer. Ask us for an exact timeline when you request a quote.
Do you offer rush or same-day printing?
Rush service is available on many products for an additional fee, depending on our current schedule. Contact us with your deadline and we'll let you know what's possible.
What file formats do you accept and how should I set up my artwork?
We recommend print-ready PDFs. We also accept high-resolution files from Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. For best results use 300 DPI, CMYK color, and include 0.125" bleed on each edge. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we'll help.
Do you provide graphic design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create your artwork from scratch or clean up files you already have. We've offered custom design alongside printing since 1988.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums depend on the product. Many items can be ordered in small quantities, while some processes are more cost-effective at higher volumes. Request a quote and we'll recommend the best option for your budget.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We provide a proof for your approval before any job goes to print, so you can confirm colors, layout, and spelling. Nothing is printed until you sign off.
Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver?
You're welcome to pick up your order at our Kissimmee shop. Local delivery and shipping can be arranged for many orders — ask us about options for your project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through Square. Contact us about invoicing options for established business accounts.
What products do you print?
We're a full-service print shop: business cards, brochures and flyers, banners and yard signs, large-format printing, corporate apparel and textiles, and promotional products. If you don't see what you need, just ask.
Can I see my design on a product before I order?
Yes — that's what makes us different. Our online preview tool lets you upload your artwork and see it rendered on real products like business cards, apparel, mugs, and banners before you place an order, so there are no surprises.
What is the Redeemer Printing AR subscription?
It's a subscription that turns your printed materials into interactive experiences. When someone scans a printed piece, it comes alive with augmented reality and a lifelike, bilingual (English/Spanish) AI avatar that speaks for your brand — with retargeting and scan-level analytics included. Plans are available monthly, 6-month, and 12-month.
